Ali Moxley
Ali brings practical and academic experience working in sustainable agriculture, with an M.S. in Sustainable Food Systems, experience conducting original qualitative research on food production, and as a founder of two small businesses.
As a consultant, Ali has worked with over 200 farmers, food processors, and food-focused nonprofits throughout the United States to bring in over 13 million dollars of grants. Her priority areas through this work are connecting with underserved producers and small, sustainably focused family farms. Starting in 2019, Ali worked closely with another community member in Bozeman, MT for two years to co-found SporeAttic, a specialty cultivated mushroom farm. This farm is thriving and sells produce to over 25 restaurants in the Gallatin Valley. Ali also writes about food-related topics for several local magazines including the Montana Women's Magazine and Edible Bozeman.
